When moving foreign cargo/goods within the economic territories of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), a customs transit procedure is required. According to the Customs Code of the EAEU, this is a guarantee of ensuring the payment of customs fees (duties and taxes) to the customs authorities. One of the options for providing a security guarantee is guarantee (certificate) provided for in paragraph 1 of Article 63 of the Customs Code of the EAEU.
The guarantee (certificate) is issued by an authorized person, for example, a customs broker in electronic form for submission to the customs authorities. This is the most convenient and optimal option for customs transit. The certificate is used to deliver goods/cargo to the EAEU countries, for example, to the Russian Federation from the EU, or for transit through the EAEU countries, for example, from the EU to China.
The following data is required for issuing a guarantee and guarantee:
1. CMR – international waybill;
2. Invoice (invoice, proforma invoice);
3. Vehicle Registration Certificate;
4. Driver’s phone number;
5. Driver’s passport;
6. The name of the checkpoint at the entrance to the EAEU;
7. The name of the checkpoint when leaving the EAEU (in case of transit through the EAEU);
